PayPal Account stays negative after payment

Hello there,

my problem is that my Paypal account is in the minus even tho money was taken from my bank account 5 days ago. Yesterday i got a E-Mail from paypal asking me to pay up. The money is already taken from my Bank account so whats that about ? Tried to phone paypal and they said write us an email. Did so as well and they haven't replied.

Takes 5-7 working days for funds to transfer from your bank account to your paypal account so I guess your fund transfer is still pending.
