Not reiceved PayPal transfer to bank

Today I sent £18.06 to my bank account as I couldn't make a Payment. Usually the transfer to my bank takes a few seconds but it hasn't gone through this time even after a few hours! On the payment it says it should be 3-4 working days. What do I do?
