No payment received in my paypal account

i sold an item on ebay and the buyer emailed me saying that she has made a payment into my paypal account. but when i checked into my paypal account, there's no indication that payment has been made.

also the buyer requested  for my paypal email address.i havent had any buyer requesting for it before. soon i sent i got this email saying that i need to send the shipping information before the payment will be made into my account.

im not sure if this is a fraud as im new to ebay.

It is fraud they do not need your email address as they should pay via Ebay checkout, they do not need to email you saying payment has been made as you will always get a comfirmation email from paypal

They ask for your email address so they can send you fake emails supposedly from paypal

Paypal never ask you to send shipping info before the payment will be made

You havent been paid and will not be paid because it is a scam

Do not ship the item and never ship an item until you can see cleared payment in your account

As a new seller send your items tracked, ask politely for feedback if the buyers havent left any 

Report the buyer to Ebay and block them on your blocked bidders list
