Money withdrawal

Hello,I can't seem to withdraw my balance into my bank account..I am a new seller,I sold my first item on the 12th February and I've sold items since and had positive feedback. All of our money still says pending on PayPal? How do we withdraw it? Thanks

New seller hold that every new seller goes through.
Positive feedback is not one of the criteria for early release of funds.
