Hi I had some money sent to me via my mobile number. I get the text message with the link to claim. I click the link claim the money by logging in but the money doesn't show up in my account. My mobile number is already confirmed.
I am currently struggling with this as well. When I click on the text and follow through with the password, I receive a notification that tells me the money is claimed but it does not show up in my account. Please help!
