Hi all.

On 15th july, a random person depositied £875.00 into my account. At first I assumed it were a scam, but all was genuine. Worried, I contacted the person by email asking if this was a mistake. No response. Then a day or so later, it said on paypal, Wire transfer to. Didnt know what this meant. Still worried, I contacted paypal by email, asking to return this money. Next thing I know, Im in negative balance of £800 odd?! Whats going on here? Why am I being charged for something that isnt my mistake, when all I was doing was the right thing, by returning money that isnt mine?

Any ideas/suggestions would be a great help! Dont know what to do next!

Give paypal a call,

Go to contact us bottom of paypal pages and put in account problems > phone the number given.

When you get through don't say or select any options just hang on till you get an agent.
