Internal server erroe !!!

I tried to withdraw money from my account but this message appears , I tried different browsers , devices and old paypal version too. Kindly help

I am sorry to hear about this experience. This issue could be just temporary; however, as you have already tried by clearing cache and cookies and with different browsers the best thing is to give us a call and we will be happy to review this issue for you. i want to send payments right now.. and its been 3 or 4 days since i cant send payments and only recieve this note: error you cant send payments right now can u help me sort this out.
