When I contacted paypal they informed me it was to do with my bank's processing time and I should contact them about
how long they take. I did so, and my bank told me that the bank transfer was made when it was rquested, and guess what it was cleared funds. My bank informed me that they would not send a request for funds if the money was not in my
account and that money would not be recalled. So why are paypal still holding my money. This is 2013 not 1960!
