If I make a payment for something using my Paypal account but don't have enough funds in Paypal account to cover the payment, how long does it take for my connected bank account to be debited for the balance? I've recently made a couple of payments using Paypal (with a £0.00 balance) but nothing has ben debited from my bank account yet.
Also, what happens if within the 3 days it can take to debit bank account, I receive a payment into my paypal account that would have partially/fully cover the outgoing payments made previously within the last 3 days? Will paypal cancel the 'request' to my bank account and use its own balance to make the payment, or will it be too late to stop the debit from the bank account so it would still go ahead, in which case my Paypal account would remain in credit?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If the payment from the bank account was initiated and you receive a payment in your PayPal account in the meantime, the payment will still complete from the bank account. Request to the bank cannot be cancelled and the PayPal balance in this case will remain intact.
