Well it would be helpful if you said if you do have a card linked to another paypal account even one that is closed??
it's new visa and new account . maybe i got another card from my bank if i can't solve this erorr.
OK then are you adding a UK card to a UK paypal account.
no it's turkish account and turkish visa.
Suggest you ask Turkey customer services then as this is the UK forum.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
