PLEASE HELP!!
I have tried over and over to add my bank account to my Paypal account so I can transfer funds, but I get the same message everytime, that I can't add this bank account to anymore Paypal accounts. It is NOT linked to ANY other Paypal account.
Any idea's what is going on or any suggestions as to what I should do?
I don't really want to phone paypal as it is a premium rate number and I would just end uo usng the money in my Paypal account to pay my phone bill!
