Hi, I added my HSBC credit card to my pp account and try to verify it. But when pp sends code and takes 1.95$, the HSBC said they received transactiob and cost me 1.95$ but they did not receive the code from pp. HSBC now askes me to contact pp for the code. Is that right? Can I contact pp for my code? Little confusing now. Please advises me.

Have you actually been back into your wallet and clicked to confirm the card, that activates the code being sent.
