Cash Card??

Hi. My brother who is from the US gave me a cash card since i'm having money troubles. When i go to redeem it it says 'You need to have an US account' My account is fully verified and everything, is there anyway i could use it???

Well if you have a U.S account then yes, if not then i doubt it but you could always check with customer services.
