Cannot withdraw money

Why am I not able to withdraw my own money from my PayPal to my bank account it just won't let me and I'm getting really annoyed with my money being withheld

Is it pending or cleared in your paypal account?

Have you withdrawn funds before and if so do you still have a linked bank account?

Are the funds in the correct currency?
