Cannot withdraw money from my account

Sold an item on eBay and received money by PayPal the buyer has received their item almost two weeks ago and I cannot withdraw money from my wallet even though it's available, doesn't let me add my card details to transfer my money onto

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the UK.

You can only withdraw to a linked and confirmed bank account.
