Hi Folks,
I cannot withdraw the money in my paypal account because Paypal claims they cannot verify it is me. I have confirmed and attached etc my bank account in the UK, (I have now done that twice). I am not sure if it is becaue the name on my paypal account does not match the name on my bank account exactly (same name but the bank account uses my initials instead of my full first name). When I went to change my Paypal account name they required I fax them proof of my bank statement which seems unecessarily difficult.
I need to get my money and this is incredibly annoying and makes me never want to use paypal again. Please help!
