I'm based in Dubai and the option to transfer funds to my bank doesn't work as only the US shows up... and I can't add to my Mastercard either (only option that shows is Visa). Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how do you resolve it? I've contacted Paypal but still waiting for a reply.
