Can't use my money

When I try to add some money in steam and get me this error:We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow. Can't send this money too and it's some **bleep**...PayPal don't want to reply to my question and I try now with the forums.Any Ideas?

If you are trying to fund it from funds in your paypal balance then paypal often won't let you unless you add a back up card to verify your account.

Difficult to give anymore advice as you have not provided details so maybe contact customer services.

maybe it's from this because I didn't planning to add card so now I need to add a card to use my balance...

And what happens if one doesn't possess a 'back up card'? I've been trying to withdraw my PayPal balance to my debit card and bank account for a couple of hours now but all to no avail. Not good enough. It's like Paythief are saying you can only use your £240 balance by using Paythief to buy some unwanted goods. Is it difficult to get ones own money back?

If you don't want to verify your paypal account by adding a card then that is fine but as paypal state it is a requirement then not sure how its a scam that you can't use it without abiding by their rules.

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK.

Only to a linked bank account.

If you have a linked bank account then you should be able to withdraw funds.

Its only folks that have nothing linked that would have problems using funds in their paypal balance.

I've just linked my bank account with PayPal so here's hoping I should be able to withdraw my money after about 4/5 working days.
