Bank transfer from Switzerland

Is it possible to transfer funds from a Swiss bank account - Laborco Inc, Zurich- (not my own account

k661an) to my paypal account?

Is it necessary to have an Iban and swift code?

What about 'Request Money'?  If the owner of the Swiss account has a debit card attached to the account he'd be able to respond to the payment request even if he didn't have a paypal account.  There'd a be a fee, though.
