I have tried to withdraw to my bank twice & the transfer has gone through, only to be put back in my Paypal account claiming the bank has refused it.
I have used both my accounts for ages and haven't altered the numbers so they are correct. I have been into the banks and asked them & they just looked baffled, why would we refuse money into valid accounts was basically the attitude!
I've tried ringing customer services, just got stuck in some horrid answerphone nightmare loop. It didn't even ask for the pin code just jumped straight into what card did I use to pay (??)
Anyway is this a system wide problem? I really need to complete the withdrawal I've people to pay!! It looks like this was a problem last year but I can't see any mention of it recently.
Its not giving me much confidence in paypal, I use it as the prime payment supplier but I'm going to be altering that as soon as possible. If I can't get money out whats the use of it, I may as well just send the goods out & tell people not to pay me 😞
