Hi I waited for 5 days for Ebay to relase the funds on hold in my Paypal account and finally was able to transfer in to my bank and said it would be avavaible within 2 hours over 24 hours later its still not gone in and says pending in my Paypal activity is this normal to have to wait this long? Will this happen every time I make a withdrawel?
