Adding Money To My PayPal Account From Bank Not Possible!

Hello everybody,

I am trying to transfer money manually from my Bank Account to my PayPal Account. I am using the form below:

However, for the first time, I am getting a message telling me that "there is a problem adding money to your account", as shown below:

I have tried it several times , and each time, I am getting the same message. This is the first time I am facing this issue. I have always made transfers using this method without any issue.

Please help me. I do not understand why this is happening! And I need money to make payments ASAP!!
