Account number too long for transfer

I want to transfer my Paypal money to my HSBC HK bank account but the number is too long: 15 digits.Please advise. Thanks.

Paypal is country specific so you can only add the financial info ie bank account and cards of the same country to that countries paypal account.

eg you can only add UK cards and bank accounts to a UK paypal account.
