today i purchased a new coat for my son i paid by debit card, then mistakenly paid again with paypal how do i get one payment back
First try contacting the seller or merchant for assistance. (They should be able to cancel the second transaction.)
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
