trying to confirm bank card but 4 dgit code or deposit are not showing on statements

i have tried 4 or 5 times to confirm my bank card today and yesterday and it states paypal will make a £0.01 deposit to the bank with a 4 digit code however nothing at all is appearing on my statements.Can you advise what else i can do?

I have the 4 digit code but can not find where to enter it. It says go to wallet then clcik next to account. Nothing there. 😟
