hi... im from philippines and also my first time to register on paypal but my card was disabled because it says that i entered a wrong 4 digit code. i checked my eon card 4 digit number its correct to i tried until it was post that it was disable... please help me re enable my eon card to paypal please...
it also ays that ill send my documents to paypal... if ill send some documents wolud you able to activate my eon card and register my account to paypal? please....
