whats going on... wont accept my card payments through paypal rung the bank and card is fine and no issues... also went into paypal account to make sure all was fine deleted all cards on it as couple out of date. tried to re=add my current card and it wont let me add it... really frustrating
exactly the same here, called bank all is ok there, removed the card to re-add it again wont let me add a card either, currently trying to call them and they wont take the one off passcode to speed things up so will be on hold for 2+ hours i spose, great.
