I've changed my name recently and I faxed a photo ID as well as a deed poll showing my change of name. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still never got a reply from paypal nor have I witnessed the name of my account change. Any help would be much obliged.

Sorry but only customer services can help you on this one.
Have you tried one of these ways to get hold of them??
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

HI.
I have the same problem. Sent all documents and also wrote like 4 emails. No replay. I am so disappointed. I cannot shop online because of this.

do what kernowlass says it worked for me. Remember if you decided to fax your documents, please phone back paypal help centre after 3 days as they WON'T change your name quickly enough unless you remind them. cheers and good luck.
