COMFIRMING BANK CODE

Hi,

 

I have tried to link my bank account to my paypal with no luck.

 

I followed all the instructions on paypal and it came up with a deposit as been sent to your bank and a code will be next to it and it will take 2 minutes. I checked my bank and not depoist or code. I waited a couple of hours and checked again but still no code.

 

I then re-entered it again and the same thing happened that a depoist was sent and a code should appear. Guess what nothing as happened. I waited a day and tried my bank again and there is still nothing.

 

This morning I have tried to close down my account and start again but paypal will not let me close my account.

 

Should I try and re-enter my details again and hope that a depoist and code will appear in my bank. I am worried by re-entering my details I am causing more problems.

 

Shoul I try and ring customer services with this problem.

 

I did receive an email from paypal confirming that a direct debit instruction as been sent to my bank and that will take about 7 days to set up but I am sure that is what I wanted or is this normal for paypal to do.

 

Can anyone help me out here please.
