I tried to pay for a postal label, but it was rejected apparently because my spending limit is at zero. I have a positive paypal balance more than enough to cover the transaction and I've added a credit card to the account. Why do I need to verify the bank account in order to send this payment? I don't want to send the package if the postage is going to be rejected. I don't want to void the label if I can get this resolved today and still ship it. Is there a way I can still use this label today and have all the transactions go through properly so nothing is rejected and I don't pay for shipping it twice? Thanks!
