If a seller is non-responsive to your issue and Paypal resolution does not assist, don't wait file a chargeback
with your credit card company or bank where the funds were withdrawn from. This will get you results plus seller/Paypal is charged a chargeback fee whether they win or lose your dispute. RESOLUTION~!
