Transfer money to accounts. (one is unverified)

I have money in an unverified account and I can't use it because my bank account is on another account.

Is there a way i could send this money to my verified account? It's only 5 dollars, and im only transfering it to my other account.

(If not then 5 dollars is kinda wasted...)
