Ok so basiclly I have about $200 in my Paypal account and my account gets limited out of the Blue, I used a Prepaid CC with no SS # , and I used a diffrent last name because I never thought it would matter. So basiclly I call Paypal and they tell me that I must verify all the info, or I cant release My funds.
BUT THEY TOLD ME WHEN THE ACCOUNT GETS RESTRICTED, 180 DAYS LATER I WILL BE ABLE TO ADD A BANK ACCOUNT AND WITHDRAW MY FUNDS!!
Has anyone ever done this or been through this process?
