I need to confirm my physical address.

However, this PayPal account is no 90 days old. 

 

I do not own a credit/debit card, and I do not have a PayPal Mastercard.  


I would prefer to confirm my address, so I may make online purchases.  How can I go about doing this?  Is there are way to request the 90 day minimum be adjusted to fit an eager customer's needs?

 

I have an old PayPal account, that is confirmed, but I no longer use the E-Mail associated with it.
