I have used paypal without problems and now I paid for an item and the seller says that I need to confirm my shipping address. He says it shows paypal saying that "Paypal states that you DO NOT have a CONFIRMED shipping address on file". I looked on their website and found that my billing address has been confirmed but can't find anything about my shipping address. i have had no problems till now. please help.
