I opened my PayPal account and obviously I need a card to pay or receive money, so I did.
They asked me to verify the card with 4 numbers which were not clear in my bank statement because it had more than 8 numbers and couldn't know which 4 numbers they requested, so I tried several times (3) until they told me my card was suspended for security, which I understand
But i wanted to use that card because is the only one I have available, so i went to the section "send more documents to verify the card due to suspension" so I uploaded what they asked me: a PDF of my oficial ID with my complete name and photograph also the PDF of my last bank statement.
2 days later I received and email in which they are requesting me my documents again via fax, I dont have a fax and I'm not willing to pay to send the documents to a USA fax number because I already sent them! this is my 3rd try…!!
I am from Mexico, can somebdoy help me?
