Account was "un-verified" after money transfer?

I would love to call to have this issue quickly resolved, however I used up all of my minutes 5 days ago when I called to verify my bank account with this company. My Bank Account remained Verified for 5 days whilst my bank was transfering my money to my new Paypal account.

Today to dismay when my money was finally added, I couldn't spend a dime of it, because my bank account lacked "Verification", however it was verified 5 days ago as stated above. If I'm coming across as hostile; this is not my intention. I have just had a-lot of un-needed trouble and hassle to make this work.

If someone could please check the Paypal records, or do something to confirm that I am indeed telling the truth about my account being verified 5 days ago after calling Customer Support it would be greatly appreciated, as I am a little flustered about this whole situation. I apologize.

I don't understand why my account was un-verified by Paypal AFTER the money was sent from my bank to my Paypal account??? This is becoming very irritating and frustrating to say the least. Any type of positive response from anyone would be welcome at this point.

ALSO: When I try to verify my Bank Account now it requests "additional information" as if I'm not who I say I am. I cannot FAX or use a Phone unfortunately, or this would have been resolved hours ago.

I will give ANY information required, **bleep**, I'll give you my Social Security Number and Birth Certificate if you don't believe me.
