I don't know what the problem is with the use of a PO Box with Pay Pal, although I have a business office address, I'd prefer my business mail to go to my PO Box, problem is PayPal doesn't allow PO boxes My problem is and has been an inconvenience trying to pay bills using my Paypal card on-onine then I'm declined, and have no recourse, can't call the bank to verify funds exist. Then in the mean time my funds are being held for 48 hrs, until the company I was dealing with releases the hold, or paypal releases the hold. Does anyone else have this problem or is just me. I'm self employed so more times then not I have just the funds to pay just the bills it is charging.
