my current PP account balance is $16. I'm trying to make a $5 purchase, but when I click through the payment options on the merchant site, and sign in with my PP credentials, my only option is to pay with an eCheck.
I can't even login in I know my name and password, so I am thinking after I saw a bunch problems other people are having , that pay pal must be having technical difficulties.
I'm having the same issue. Someone from ebay refunded me because I hadn't received the items based on the agreement that if I did get them I would send it back... now it won't let me, keeps telling me it'll take it out of my bank account instead of my account balance which is 2x more than enough to cover it!
