Last month while looking something up in my account I noticed I had a balance of $30 in my account.
A couple of days later when I when back to investigate transferring that to my bank account it had dropped to $3 and I had inititated no transactions to cause this.
Now today it is $0. I have had some transactions since it was $3, but I thought that the money was being taken from my bank account.
Now PayPal is so **bleep**ed up I can't figure out where a payment is taken from, where it is deposited, or how to set options to determine either.
When I pay a bill there are four numbers that show up during my payment transaction that have no correlation to the numbers of my savings or checking acount.
Can some one tell me if this is normal? And if there is an easy tutorial somewhere covering these things?
