I dont see why I have a Pending Balance. I confirmed my Bank, and i Clicked Pending Balance and their are no transactions affecting it.
Call Paypal customer service
Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center"
They just tell you it takes a couple of days, and if you give them logical reasons, (Ie you have an EFT number shows they got it 5 business days ago) they tell you to call back later today.
This is so my last transaction with paypal.
