I need some help, I haven't been on Paypal for a while, I have been busy with work, So I decided to check my account, When I log onto paypal, I am greeted with a 148 Dollar negative balance, In addition, someone that I had never evr even interacted with named Justin Mullens sent me 250.00 dollars and reverses it and filed a claim on ME, Like i said I've never meet/interacted with this person before EVER, THEN,I found out this same person charges two purchases from microsoft worth 74 dollars and now my account is showing i am negative 148 bucks, I have no idea what happened, My only option to resolve it is to refund 250.00 dollars to this person, That I had no idea was being sent to me, I think it is fraud, Does anyone have any idea what i can do? I just want my account back to good standing...
