I bought a Gree Dot moneypak card and it wont fund my account.

I bought it around a month ago and have been trying to add the funds from the moneypak card almost daily and it keeps coming up with the same error every time.
Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request. Please try again in an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience.
This is the message I get every time I try to add the funds to my account. So until this is resolved I have a card with roughly $150 just sitting around and useless. If anyone could help me out in any way I would be truly grateful.
