Greendot card funds not appearing

Hi, I just added my greendot prepaid card to my account but the funds aren't showing up on my balance. 
I've had previous greendot cards added before so I don't know the issue.
Anyone have an answer?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
