i was moving uk to srilanka 8 months ago, now i need to use my pay al in srilnaka but i couldnt able to use it in here, can you help me to solve this problem
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
So you can open one in your own country BUT there is only the option to pay for things using paypal and you can't receive or withdraw payments in your country via paypal.
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
