need to redirect a payment

I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT TO THE WRONG email address, how can i send it to the correct address

If the payment status shows "unclaimed", you can cancel it.   If the payment went to a registered email account and it's not claimed in 30 days, PayPal will return the funds.  If the payment is accepted, the only way you can get it back is to contact the receiver and ask.
