Hi,
I recently noticed my 11 yr old had been using the pc and had left it on a paypal payment screen, he hadn't clicked on the pay button. I wanted to know if he had, would it have asked for my paypal password to verify the purchase and if not how can I prevent him from purchasing items without checking with me first. Something like 'check with the bill payer' messages you get when TV programmes invite you to phone in ect

If you are not logged into paypal then it would have prompted for the password before the payment was processed.
Just make sure you don't have the "auto-fill" on to fill in passwords automatically for you when you enter your email address on the site.
