Paypal refusal to answer an account hacking question

I recently was sent a number of emails indicating that someone called X and Y had added their email addresses to my account. When I logge din to check this - there appeared to be no change from the last time so I at firat dismissed the emails as hoaxes, however it seemed VERY coincidental that I'd just met someone, the  ONLY person Ive known in my life with the same surname as the person of different first name whose email had been added and that person was something of a wierdo, claiming to be a classmate from 43yrs ago, within 2-3 email exchanges she was telling me that I had to be so careful - I'd already given her so much info about myself that she said she could "hunt me down!!!!!!!!!!!"

Really. I didnt realise I was supposed to be hiding.. Start again. 20 19 18....

The second name was french and became more interesting when I noticed astonishingly accurate parallels to reality in the Kay Mellor drama The Syndicate. Fraud Syndicates of course are absolutely everywhere, including in Banking. Ive been (provably) lied to by both Santander AND The Halifax in recent years, over serious matters, namely their actively and knowingly allowing others to steal directly from me by the processing of counterfeit Funds Arrests etc. and in one case Santander allowed an ex partner to completely illegally comandeer my Account and ALL of my money!

What Ive got here is PAYPAL REFUSING to answer a civilised question regarding whether they have or havent allowed anyone to add their email accounts or credit cards etc to MY account, knowing that these addresses would have been applied then removed and all traces of transactions been fraudulently erased after the fact for theft to be "successful". Ive recently discovered when I logged into my account at my father's new computer that on arriving at the site, my account was already open. The PC seems to be network linked to my brother's house and when I mentioned to his wife that my Paypal account had been hacked into - she went red in the face. At best she knows who's doing what, and at worst, it's her who's doing it. All I want is a straightforward HONEST answer to a civilised question but Paypal are acting like a cross between spoilt brat 5yr olds and mafia thugs, belligerently refusing to answer this question until they can presumably concoct a story to conceal why they're acting illegally on my account. If you're doing nothing wrong - answer the question.

If someone has hacked your computer the odds are that they have discovered your password, either by you having it saved on your puter or you leaving yourself signed in and they have accessed it.

I doubt paypal have anything to do with it if you suspect a family member.
