Can anyone tell me how to block payment by cheques please?

Ebay or non-Ebay transactions?

Not sure why you want to block them, I love them far less chance of a reversal or a chargeback.

Had to do a bit of a hunt but found it for you here  >>

Log into your summary page > scroll down the left to selling tools > seller preferences > block payments > update > Block the following payments:
Pay with eCheque or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay.

Thank u for looking it up for me but I'm not sure if I'm being thick or what but when I click on my summary page there is no list and no mention of selling tools.......????

You don't have to click on your summary page, its the first page that is there when you log in and selling tools is halfway down on the left hand side.
