I am asking on behalf of my daughter as she in unable to log in to her account.
She was asked to verify that it was indeed her and she chose the send a message option to the phone connected to her paypal account. Four attempts in fact and she still does not have a text message. She contacted you via messenger and spoke to 'Kylie' who directed her to an incorrect link with a US phone number and after this was pointed out to her she sent an Irish number. My daughter explained she is working in Cyprus and did not wish to call Ireland. Asked if she could contact you by email Kylie responded by saying she would escalate the matter to a colleague and they would be in touch asap. My daughter is still waiting for a response from you, she has sent a number of messages today on messenger and they have been ignored.

No one monitors emails coming into PayPal emails, so I'm afraid you wouldn't get a response from there. The number she would need would depend on how her account is set up, if it's a UK account she would need to call 0800 358 7911. That's a freephone number so international rates shouldn't apply but I'm not 100% on that.
